01 - 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 3.5 oz milk chocolate, chopped

03 - 6 graham crackers, broken into small pieces
04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/2 cup red and green M&Ms or holiday sprinkles
06 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
# Directions:
01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet and milk chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Immediately scatter the graham cracker pieces and mini marshmallows over the chocolate, gently pressing them down to adhere.
05 - Sprinkle the red and green M&Ms or holiday sprinkles evenly across the surface.
06 - If desired, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the bark for extra flair.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until completely firm.
08 - Once set, break into pieces and serve.
