# Directions:
01 - Preheat waffle iron as per manufacturer’s instructions and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, crushed graham crackers, baking powder, and salt until evenly combined.
03 - In a separate large bowl, whisk melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until fully incorporated.
04 - Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until incorporated. Stir in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
05 - Scoop approximately 1/4 cup batter into each waffle iron well. Close and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until waffles are crisp and golden.
06 - Transfer cooked waffles to a wire rack and let cool briefly. Cut each waffle into sticks.
07 - Arrange extra mini marshmallows on top of each waffle stick. Use a kitchen torch or broiler to toast until golden brown.
08 - Drizzle or dip each stick with melted semi-sweet chocolate. Sprinkle with graham cracker pieces and allow chocolate to set before serving.
