# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 475°F. Position pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or floured pizza peel.
03 - In a small saucepan, gently heat turkey gravy with chopped sage and black pepper until fragrant and warm, about 2 minutes.
04 - Spread warm sage gravy over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
05 - Evenly distribute cooked turkey, followed by mozzarella and fontina or provolone cheese.
06 - Scatter red onion and baby spinach over cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
07 - Bake for 15–20 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
