02 - 150 g (about 2/3 cup) crème fraîche
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced
04 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 tsp lemon zest
06 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

07 - 200 g (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 80 g (about 1/2 cup) sliced dill pickles
09 - 1 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
10 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 480°F or the highest setting available. Position pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and integrated.
04 - Spread sauce evenly over pizza dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Scatter shredded mozzarella uniformly on top of the sauce.
06 - Distribute sliced pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust turns golden and the cheese bubbles.
08 - Remove pizza from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve promptly.
