# Directions:
01 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper to place finished pops.
02 - Gently push a lollipop stick into the center of each Oreo cookie, twisting to avoid breakage.
03 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
04 - Coat each Oreo pop fully in melted chocolate; allow excess to drip before placing on the prepared tray.
05 - Add 2 mini chocolate chips for eyes, 1 orange candy for the nose, 3 mini chips or sprinkles arranged as mouth, candy-coated chocolates for earmuffs connected with licorice loops, and tie a licorice strip around the stick as a scarf.
06 - Allow pops to set at room temperature or refrigerate for approximately 15 minutes until firm.
