# Directions:
01 - Cook potstickers and edamame as directed. Slice vegetables, mango, and dragon fruit. Cut nori into small circles for facial features.
02 - Lay out lettuce leaves on a large platter or board, forming a curving line to represent the dragon's body.
03 - Place slices of Chinese BBQ pork, cooked shrimp, and potstickers along the lettuce to mimic the dragon's scales.
04 - Decorate with sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, mango, and dragon fruit to highlight the dragon's body and tail with vivid colors.
05 - Assemble the dragon's head at one end using edamame, mango, and dragon fruit. Use nori circles for eyes and black olives or grapes for nostrils. Arrange chives or green onions as whiskers.
