02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

06 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - Zest of 1 lemon
10 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with olive oil.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
03 - Add chicken drumsticks to the mixture and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces. Allow to marinate for 10–15 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
04 - Lay the marinated drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
05 - Roast in the oven for 35–40 minutes, turning each drumstick over halfway through, until the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
